Dosage

• IMMUNE BOOST:

Suck 10 pills under the tongue, am + pm for 5 days – then 1 x weekly am + pm

• EXPOSURE TO OTHERS WITH COLDS & FLU SYMPTOMS:

After exposure or if you are experiencing signs of cold/flu symptoms – increase dose to 4 or 5 x per day until you feel better. Symptoms may include congested nose with sinus pains and headache, blocking up of ears, weakness, loss of smell and taste, sore throat or sneezing, chest pains, cough, and feeling unwell, we recommend that you contact your doctor.

Formula Rationale

Senega finds use for treating pneumonia particularly for older people with weak lungs. It prevents accumulation of thick, sticky mucus. It is also anti-inflammatory – like Bryonia and Cinchona below.
Bryonia has the dry inflamed throat, headaches and aching in joints during influenza which can suddenly descend into lungs creating pneumonia and inflammation. It is anti-inflammatrory.
Antimonium (Arsen and Tart) has pronounced weakness and inability to bring up mucus which sits in lungs and suffocates. The patient feels confused, restless and sleepy.
Arsenicum Album – boosts immunological response and strengthens the adrenal glands. It assists asthmatic respiration and improves oxygen uptake in hemoglobin.
Cinchona Off. (Quinine) loosen up sticky obstructing mucus and help to prevent blood from clotting. Eupatorium Perf. has bone aching fever, headache, dry sore trachea, and a deep hoarse cough.
Hepar Sulph helps prevent infected mucus and pus forming in the lungs, which blocks the tubes.
Pneumococcus helps prevent pneumonia
Influenzinum loosen up sticky obstructing mucus and help to prevent blood from clotting.
Kali Bich & Kali Mur both loosen up sticky obstructing mucus and help to prevent blood from clotting. Hepar Sulph helps prevent infected mucus and pus forming in the lungs, which blocks the tubes.
Zincum Phos and Ferrum Phos boost immune response in the lungs and aid oxygen exchange in the cells
